The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were a decent size and the bed linen was clean and comfortable. Plus, the prices for both the rooms and breakfast were really affordable.
The hotel could do with some improvements, particularly in terms of cleanliness. There was a noticeable stain on the carpet in our room that was quite off-putting.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious, quiet room on the 4th floor of this centrally located hotel. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and the room was clean with all the necessary amenities including a kettle for tea and coffee. the hotel is conveniently situated right beside friendly bars on Rose Street and is also close to excellent restaurants. the location is perfect, with the tram stop from the airport just a short walk away.
The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable.

Great Price, Helpful Staff, Central Location!
The hotel provided a really affordable option for my city break. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome. The hotel is well located, with easy access to the main sights and sounds of this wonderful city. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep.
The room I stayed in had a strong smell of damp, and appeared to be dirty. The general maintenance of the room was also poor, with some features being broken and poorly maintained.

The rooms are basic but comfortable, with very comfy beds and plenty of hot water in the bathrooms. The location is fantastic, right beside the friendly bars on Rose Street, with plenty going on in the area. The staff is nice and the check-in/out process is easy. The location of this hotel is fantastic, right beside the friendly bars on Rose Street. It's perfect for those who want to be in the middle of the action, with plenty going on.
The only slight downside was that the hotel can be noisy at night as it is located in a busy area with lots of other bars and restaurants.

Great location, close to city attractions and public transport. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Nice view from the room, which offered a good sense of the city. the beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was quiet.
Bathroom is outdated and could use an upgrade. It was not cleaned well and had leftover hair and mold in some spots.
